Enrich Dutch bank accounts with BIC and IBAN
Adding BIC-numbers to existing bank information and adding IBAN-numbers to existing bank account information can be a difficult and time consuming task. Specially for Dutch bank account numbers because:
- It is not possible to derive the BIC and IBAN needed for a SEPA payment given a Dutch domestic bank account number using simple conversion rules.
- In most cases the Dutch bank accounts are entered under one branch. For making correct SEPA payments these bank accounts must be moved to different bank branches.
APRO is pleased to announce that the APRO BIC-IBAN converter now also supports the correct conversion of all the Dutch domestic bank account numbers to the correct BIC and IBAN. Using build in conversion data of the NVB (Nederlandse Vereniging van Banken) all domestic bank account identifiers will be given the correct IBAN and will be moved to the correct bank branch in Oracle Financials.
With the APRO Banking Gateway BIC-IBAN module for SEPA, a company can add the missing information in two or three days depending on the quality of the bank account information already present in Oracle E-Business Suite.
