Process

Incoming cash flows: APRO Banking Gateway automatically imports received files such as bank statements, lockbox files receipts and direct debit reversals into Oracle. It extracts, recognizes and validates data, like invoice numbers or check numbers, out of the bank statement files and matches details from the files to data in the system. Full statements and journal entries will be automatically reconciled in Oracle Cash Management.

Outgoing cash flows: APRO Banking Gateway takes over Payment and Direct Debit batches the moment they are confirmed. Since it supports all common formats used by banks across the world, the application can create payment files in any desired format. APRO Banking Gateway further supports SEPA-XML formats for European transactions as well as a number of secure transfer protocols, such as FTP and Secure FTP.
